Making the Best Workplaces stand up for a culture of trust

Every year, Great Place to Work (GPTW) presents the Best Workplaces Awards for groundbreaking organizations that set an example in good company culture. This year, GPTW Netherlands aimed to strengthen their position as thought leaders. As GPTW is a frontrunner and not afraid of doing things differently, we changed things around. We hosted a unique walk-and-talk around Utrecht where conversations about mental health, equality en LGBTQIA+ were initiated. ‘Walk Your Talk’ became a real call to action for more empathic and inclusive leadership. Let’s put our money where our mouth is!

Honest chats between leaders and talent 

A card game that increases awareness about diversity, equity and inclusion? That’s right. Together with GPTW, we created a game that invites ‘big bosses’ and top talent to engage in real, honest conversations. Real questions to help bridge the gap between managers and their employees and create better understanding. A card game for the long run: it’s still being produced.
