The Games have started in the airports.

As an official partner of the Paris 2024 Games, Groupe ADP enlisted OVAL to provide travelers, employees, and all companies within the airport community with a festive, sustainable, and inclusive Olympic experience.

With the concept: “Paris Aéroport opens the doors wide to the Games,” aligned with the identity of both the airport and the Games, OVAL designed a 360° internal and external campaign to contribute to making this historic event a true success.

Our initiatives, deeply rooted in the cultural approach cherished by Paris Aéroport, also aimed to leave a lasting legacy for the brand through a transformation and recycling plan for the materials used during the campaign.

Through this partnership, OVAL successfully created memorable moments for the Olympic family, passengers, and the entire airport community, making the Paris 2024 Games an unforgettable experience in the Paris airports.

A partnership expressed in all its dimensions

OVAL translated the identity of the Games and the unique symbols representing the Paris Aéroport brand throughout all airports with monumental displays, immersing travelers from around the world in the Olympic spirit as soon as they arrive.

We integrated this historic partnership into the brand’s communication plan by creating an in-airport campaign that aligns seamlessly with its usual messaging.

To engage the broadest audience possible, both internally and externally, we implemented numerous activations within the airports.

Internally, OVAL engaged the more than 120,000 members of the airport community through various challenges, including a race through the streets of Le Bourget that brought together over 150 participants and a Phryges hunt, which raised a donation of €30,000 for the association “Sport dans la Ville.”

Externally, the agency created numerous experiential corners, allowing travelers to discover new Olympic disciplines, take photos in Games-themed settings, and leave farewell messages to the athletes via an interactive mural.

The highlights included the creation and installation of the Olympic Rings on Terminal 1, as well as vibrant farewell ceremonies featuring an inclusive dance performance imagined by choreographer Mourad Merzouki.

To spread the Olympic spirit beyond the terminals, a communication plan was rolled out across all Paris Aéroport channels.
